Mecpow PETG High Speed Solid Color 3D Printer Filament
Industrial-Grade & High-Speed Compatible
MECPOW PETG combines the advantages of PLA and ABS to fulfill the demands of professional printing. It allows for high-speed printing of up to 600 mm/s while ensuring smooth, warp-free results. This filament is compatible with most 1.75 mm FDM 3D printers, except for ultra-high-temperature models like PEEK or PEI systems, which require temperatures above 400℃.
High Toughness & Heat Resistance up to 70℃
Crafted from durable, food-safe materials, this product resists deformation, cracking, and chemical corrosion, making it ideal for functional components such as tool handles, gears, electronic housings, and outdoor signage. It can withstand working temperatures of up to 70℃, ensuring enhanced stability and performance.
Stable Printing at 230–250℃ with Excellent Bed Adhesion
Optimized for professional results, MECPOW PETG prints consistently at temperatures ranging from 230 to 250℃, with a heated bed temperature between 60 and 80℃. Its reliable extrusion minimizes warping and ensures secure adhesion of the first layers, resulting in high-quality prints.
Tangle-Free, Bubble-Free & Vacuum Sealed
Each spool is tightly wound and vacuum-sealed with desiccant to prevent tangling, clogging, or moisture-related bubbles. For optimal performance, reseal the spool when not in use and dry before reuse if exposed to air for long periods.
Precision Diameter & Versatile Application
Manufactured with a precise tolerance of 1.75 mm ±0.02 mm, this product ensures smooth feeding and dimensional consistency. It is ideal for a wide range of applications, including industrial parts, functional prototypes, outdoor products, lampshades, and custom jigs. Additionally, it is CE and RoHS certified, meeting safety and environmental standards.

FAQs
Our customer support is available Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm UTC+8.
Average answer time: 24h
Yes, our PETG filament—both solid and transparent—is compatible with over 95% of FDM 3D printers that use 1.75mm filament. It works seamlessly with popular models like Flashforge AD5X, Elegoo CC, Creality K2 Plus, Creality Hi Combo, Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo, Kobra 3 Combo, Kobra 3 Max, and Bambu printers.
Please note: This filament is not suitable for ultra-high-temperature 3D printers such as PEEK, PEI, or PPS systems that require nozzle temperatures above 400℃.
For optimal performance, we recommend:
- Nozzle temperature: 230–250℃
- Bed temperature: 60–80℃
- Print speed: 30–600mm/s
These settings work well for both solid and transparent PETG, providing good layer adhesion and smooth finishes.
Solid PETG offers bold, opaque colors with strong visual presence—ideal for structural parts or branding. Transparent PETG provides a glossy, see-through effect—great for light covers, displays, or aesthetic designs. Both types offer the same strength, heat resistance, and chemical durability.
To prevent moisture absorption, always store your filament in the resealable bag with the included desiccant after each use. If the filament has been left out for an extended period, we recommend drying it before printing for optimal results.
No. Each spool is thoroughly dried and vacuum-sealed, minimizing moisture-related issues like bubbling or nozzle clogging. We also maintain tight diameter tolerance (±0.02mm) to ensure smooth feeding and stable extrusion.
Yes, our PETG filament is made from food-grade raw materials. However, we recommend additional post-processing and following local safety guidelines if using prints in direct contact with food.
Our PETG filament is perfect for both functional and decorative prints. Common uses include:
- Tool handles, gears, and enclosures
- Outdoor signs and planters
- Electronic mounts and high-temp containers
- Lamp covers, display fixtures, and jigs
