FAQs for P50
Why is the air volume weak, and why does the suction power decrease significantly during operation?
A: The air inlet may be clogged.
B: There are foreign objects that may be stuck in the exhaust pipe.
C: The filter could be saturated.
To resolve this issue, turn off the power, open the top cover of the main unit, and check whether the air inlet and exhaust pipe are clogged by foreign objects. If you find any foreign objects, it is recommended to clear them away. If the suction is normal without the filter, then the (old) filter is the problem and should be replaced.
Why does the machine immediately shut down after startup, and why does it happen again when I restart it?
A: The machine shuts down because the filter is too clogged, restricting airflow. This makes the fume extractor draw too much power when starting, which triggers the overcurrent protection mechanism and causes the machine to shut off automatically.
To troubleshoot, turn off the power, open the top cover, and check for any foreign matter blocking the air inlet. Then, if there is no foreign matter after checking and handling, adjust the airflow to the minimum level. Finally, restart the machine and adjust the airflow to the appropriate level.
