FAQs for P150
Q1: Why is the air volume weak and why does the suction power decrease significantly during operation?
A: The air inlet may be clogged.
B: There are foreign objects that may be stuck in the exhaust pipe.
C: The filter could be saturated.
To resolve this issue, turn off the power and check for obstructions at the air inlet and exhaust. If you find any foreign objects, clean them out. If the suction works normally without the filter, it’s time to replace it.
Q2: Why does the machine immediately shut down after starting up, and the same issue occurs again when restarting?
A: The internal airflow may be blocked, and high filter resistance could cause excessive current, triggering the automatic protection mechanism and resulting in shutdown.
To troubleshoot, turn off the power, open the top cover, and check for any foreign matter blocking the air inlet. If no obstructions are found, adjust the airflow to the minimum level. Then, restart the machine and gradually adjust the airflow to the appropriate level.
Q3: Why is the indicator light not on when the power switch is turned on?
A: The fuse next to the power supply may be blown. In this case, you can replace the blown fuse to restore functionality.
