The 2-in-1 Mecpow MP-30 mug press operates on 110 volts and does not support dual voltage. It is available in two versions: one with a European plug for European specifications and another with a US plug for US specifications.
Does this mug heat press have a pungent odor?
During the printing process, the transfer paper and ink emit aslight odor. The heat press itself does not emit any noticeable odor. To ensure proper ventilation, please open windows and doors.
Can I design my own pattern?
Yes, you can design your pattern, but you will also need to print it using sublimation ink and sublimation paper.
What is the correct way to use the handle?
The handle does not need to be pressed all the way down; simply adjust the printing temperature and time, then press the handle.
Why does the full package need to be pressed on the machine 2 times?
For the complete package design, we suggest rotating and printing twice for a total of 100 seconds, 50 seconds each time. Flipping the cup allows for more even heating.
Do I need to turn the tumbler after the timer beeps?
After the initial timer beeps, please rotate the tumbler and then heat press the other side of the tumbler to fully sublimate. This operation leads to more even heating and better results.

When using a glass tumbler, the environment is set to hot (over 140°F/60°C). The specific testing temperature ranges from 356-392°F (180-200°C). The time has two settings, 300 seconds plus 200 seconds or 120 seconds plus 120 seconds.
