Can I use the laser engraver out of the box?
To enhance product protection during transport, it is partially assembled and will require installation. However, do not be concerned as an installation video and multi-language user manual are included in the package to assist you in assembling it easily and swiftly.
Will the protective cover prevent the smoke from flowing out?
Yes. The protective cover prevents smoke from escaping from anywhere other than the exhaust fan. The exhaust pipe vents out smoke and dust to the outdoors for a clean engraving environment.
Can the protective cover filter the harmful rays from the laser engraver?
Yes, the anti-blue light protective cover will filter the pernicious rays while still providing a panoramic view for easy observation.
Will the protective cover restrict the size of the engraving objects?

What if the engraving objects are burned, even causing a fire?
Don’t worry; the situation won’t happen in most cases. The laser engraver is certified with FDA Class 1 security and has a comprehensive safety system: a flame sensor, limit switches, security lock, tilt sensor, and emergency stop, which will ensure the safety of both users and the machine. If there is a fire, the flame sensor will detect and activate the alarm while also halting the machine’s operation. You can check the environment and avoid placing the machine in direct sunlight. Contacting customer service to adjust the sensitivity of the lame sensor is also needed.
